face liftThe procedure: The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia + general intravenous anaesthesia. Following the operation the patient stays 1-2 days at the Clinic. Drainage tubes are removed 2‑3 days post op. Sutures are removed 7 and 14 days post op. A special cheek support (a type of mask made of fabric) must be worn for at least 14 days after the procedure.
On day 3 or 4 the patient is started on special ointments accelerating the resorption of haematomas. The haematomas undergo complete resorption within 2 to 3 weeks. Cheek massage is recommended 2 weeks post op. The final effect: about 4 weeks after the procedure.

  • complete blood count and ESR
  • glucose
  • coagulation time
  • blood type
  • sodium
  • potassium
  • urinalysis
  • chest x-ray
  • ECG
  • HBsAg
  • HCV
